Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Iranian Roads and Urban Development Minister Rostam Ghasemi and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev signed the Baku declaration on September 9, 2022, following the first trilateral meeting on the development of the International North-South Transport Corridor.
